Randy Charach Wants to Inspire Us

When I heard that my boss had been reading this Talent Agency Book by Randy Charach, I knew that it would only be a matter of time before he was sending each of us a copy to read through on our own. He likes to read things that will inspire him in the business world. And then, instead of working above us, he encourages us to be as successful as he is. I decided that I would go and pick up the book and read through it, before he could tell me to do so, so that we could discuss it together.
