Citroen Motability Claim

I was in a car accident yesterday that was not my fault and my car was totalled. As I get this car through the Citroen motability program I need to call the dealership and see what I need to do to file the insurance claim and get a new car. I’m sure the gentleman who helped me get the car will know what to do. I’m still in the hospital and may be for another day or two so I can’t pull up my paperwork at home. It’s going to bother me until I have an answer though. I hate not knowing what happens next.
