Drug Crimes are Federal Offenses

My friend from Los Angeles tells me about the bad neighborhood he used to live in. I don’t know if it is still bad or not but he said there were a lot of drugs in the area and a lot of arrests for drug related crimes. When someone is arrested on drug charges it goes to federal court and the defendant will need a Los Angeles Federal Criminal Defense Attorney to represent them. Fortunately my friend got out of his former lifestyle before he faced any serious long term consequences like an arrest or any of the worse things that could have happened to him.
