Self Confidence Is Your Strongest Asset

Let the friendship happen naturally. Do not to try to force it. Think two times before sharing confidences to a potential friend. And do not talk about his/her life with others. Keep the balance at work when you fight with a friend for personal matters. Remember the courtesy and respect. Avoid talking about personal matters at work. Talk only about professional matters in the company. Be impartial. In case you are the boss of a friend, do not too much or deprive him from deserved promotions only to avoid mean reviews on a content directory. In the same manner, do not give him privileges for it. Be honest. Give only negative feedback if it is necessary. But keep the feedback on professional matters. Treat your friend as you treat the rest of the team. Avoid too warm greetings and nicknames. Be careful who you choose to trust. Control your expectations related to your friend if he is your boss. Deserve professional recognitions. Do not take negative feedback personally.
