    Go Alkaline!

    March 11th, 2011 by admin

My daughter is a cheerleader. If she were as exited about this new diet as me, she’d be yelling “Go Alkaline!” As I get a lot older, I’ve been paying closer attention to how my diet affects my overall health. I’ve tried some experiments lately. I noticed that when I stop eating meat and dairy foods, I feel much better. I feel more energized, more vibrant. I now think that the next step would be for me try a purely Alkaline Diet. I’ve taken a few steps. Now I’m ready to go further. An Alkaline Diet is the way to get the pH of the body back in balance. This affects so much, in way of health and wellness. There are a few different ways to do this. Obviously, I’m on the right path my eliminating meat and dairy. At some point, I may even try to eliminate gluten. The ph is immensley ballenced after that. I’m ready to go alkaline! Maybe I’ll even make a difference in the world too!
