    I’m Happy I Bought the P90X

    November 3rd, 2010 by admin

I had wanted to buy p90x for a long time. I wanted to get myself ripped. However, I was worried about how much commitment I would have to put into the program. Nevertheless, I pulled the trigger anyway. I did get myself six pack abs after going through the p90x program. However, the workouts are long since they last an hour. The amount of exercise can be intense. However, there is a lot of variety to reduce boredom in the exercises since they believe in the concept of “muscle confusion” where the body is not allowed to adapt to the exercise which can cause a plateau.
