it is a matter of time before i have get the results that i need and the way that i have been doing this is that i have been using all out weight lifting sets. it is all about rerally giving it your all ever set that you do and that you are sure that you are really getting the max effort out of every rep. i have been using best dumbbell workouts. if you are really going all out then you will only be able to do like 2 sets and no more then that. tyhat is when you know that you are going all out and make it count.
