10 minute cardio trick

Are you pressed for time but still want to get your workout in? The first thing to understand is that it’s not necessary to do run for 30 minutes to an hour. I’m not even sure where the that arbitrary time came from. The key is to do something but you want to maximize your workout if you have limited time. The 3 best things I can tell you is to use interval training. use hills or use stairs just like I do in my no gym workout program. Intervals are simple to do. Simply run or walk hard to a specific time then take it easy for a specific time. Here’s a quick sample with stair climbing. 1. Run up the stairs for 30 seconds
2. Walk up the stairs for 1 minute (active rest)
3. Repeat this sequence up to 10 times and your workout is done.
