The best chest workout is perhaps ‘incline flying.’ Adjust the bench to 45 degrees of inclination. Hold the dumbbells to the sides and your elbows must be bent to an angle of 90 degrees. Arc the weight slowly towards the ceiling and bring the dumbbells towards each other. Stop at the point where dumbbells are around 6 inches apart. Squeeze the pectoral muscles during the contraction. Now begin the decline and bent your elbows again till the time they make a pair of right angles at the sides. You must be sure that the elbows are not dropped below plane of the torso. Try 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions per set
