Eye Doctors: Providing Sight in a Foggy World
June 1st, 2009 by admin
As a child, I was always fascinated by my annual visit to the optometrist. Since I was born with a couple of long-term eye disorders, such as: nearsightedness and a lazy eye, going to the eye doctor was just a way of life. As time went on, though, I actually grew to enjoy my eye appointments; especially since my eye doctor would take some extra time to show me how many of the lenses and other optometry equipment worked. Now that I’m older, it’s no big surprise that I chose optometry as a profession. I love giving back all that was provided for me.
