Using An Organic Colon Cleanse Makes Sense

I have been using different colon cleansing products off and on for a couple of years. I tend to experiment, trying to find the perfect product for my needs. There were a few times when I tried to do the colon cleanse on my own by eating specific foods. This works, but to me its a big pain in the neck.
