Gopher holes

SO now I have all these holes popping up all over my yard. They started showing up over the last couple months. Pain in the butt. Where do these things come from. I think they are gophers that are digging up my yard and eating the roots of my plants. I really want to get rid of gophers so that I dont have to keep replanting these flowers. Some of theseplants are very expensive. It is becoming a really big deal and is starting to cost me a good bit of money. But we shall see. I may just call of professional.
