Where Do I Sign?

I am ready to sign the sale papers right now. The home we are interested in goes beyond our wildest dreams. It has four bedrooms and three baths plus extra sleeping quarters in the downstairs family room. Enough beds for everyone when the kids and grands come to visit. The landscaping is professionally done, but my wife can put her personal stamp on the yard, too. The view of the Guadalupe River from the back deck is spectacular and I think we will spend a lot of time relaxing there. If we needed anything else to close the deal, the golf course did it. It is a par 72 course designed by pro golfer Jack Nicklaus and the facilities at the golf club are second to none. We are ready to call this Hill Country Ranch our home.
